For petitioner The Court:- This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration to the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The deceased was a spinster. One of her sister being a Class 2 heir under the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 is the applicant and other two sisters have given consent.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of Letters of Administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
