The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 7th June, 2013 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. Out of four legal heirs in intestacy, one of the sons is the executor and the other son and daughters have given consent to the grant of probate. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
