On 27th June, 2022 when the matter was called, none appeared on behalf of either of the parties. When the matter was called today in the first call, none appeared on behalf of either of the parties. Even on second call also, none appears on behalf of either of the parties. It reveals from the record that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter and this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss CS/160/2016 for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
