The Court:- Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on August 19, 2024. It is submitted that there was one previous extension. However, in the meantime, the award of the learned Arbitrator has already been prepared and pronounced. In order to finalize the award and issue copies, a further month's extension of the mandate is sought. Heard learned Counsel for the parties APCOM 792 of 2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for one month from date. The extension shall operate on and from August 20, 2024.
