..for the Petitioner The Court : The petitioner has filed the present application for extension of time to file inventory of accounts.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted probate to the petitioner on 29th February, 2020 but in the meantime, due to pandemic covid-19, the petitioner could not file the inventory of accounts within the prescribed time as allowed by this Court and prayed for extension of time.

Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, and after perusing the application, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for non-filing of the inventory of accounts. Accordingly prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summon are allowed. The petitioner is directed to file inventory of accounts within ten days from date.

GA/1/2023 is disposed of.
