The Court: Heard learned counsel for the parties. The parties concur on the extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator. Keeping in view the volume of materials involved and the nature of disputes to be decided upon by the learned Arbitrator, AP-COM 796 of 2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the Arbitrator for a further period of six months from this date. It is made clear that the said extension shall be deemed to operate on and from August 23, 2024, when the mandate of the arbitrator would otherwise have terminated.
