For petitioners The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 29th April, 2009 said to have been left behind by the above named deceased.

Consent affidavit was affirmed by all the legal heirs/heiresses except one son. Special Citation has been served upon the son. 'No Caveat Certificate' has been issued by the department.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
