The Court : The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 7th August, 2019 passed in W. P. 346 of 2014.

I have perused the affidavit of compliance that has been filed by the alleged contemnor and I am satisfied that there has been substantial compliance of the direction passed in the said order. The alleged contemnor has passed an order on 16th January, 2020 in compliance of the direction passed by the Court. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same. The veracity and the legality of the order passed by the Managing Director on 16th January, 2020 cannot be decided by this Court in the contempt jurisdiction.

In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.

The petitioner will be at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised, to challenge the order dated 16th January, 2020 passed by the Managing Director.
