...for the CESC The Court:- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits at the outset that, on another writ petition, being WPO/2346/2022, a Coordinate Bench has observed that no fresh electric meter connection shall be provided at the subject structure without the leave of the said Court. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall ask for such leave before the said Coordinate Bench and, as such, the present writ petition need not be pressed further. A copy of the order dated June 14, 2023, passed in WPO/2346/2022, be kept with the records.

WPO/1281/2023 is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Coordinate Bench for appropriate leave as per the direction dated June 14, 2023 passed in WPO/2346/2022.

No order as to costs.
