An affidavit of compliance has been filed before this Court annexing copy of the order dated 15th January, 2025 passed by the Executive Engineer (Civil)/Building/Borough-VI of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation directing demolition of the unauthorized portion of the said construction within thirty (30) days.

It appears that the order passed by the Court has been substantially complied with.

In view of the above, the contempt application along with connected application stands disposed of.
