THE COURT: The petitioner claims that he had been prevented from joining Rajarampur High School where he was working has a Group-C staff in the post of Clerk. The petitioner was absent from 2017, all the way upto the year 2019. The School did not allow him to join without proper explanation.

All the leaves of the petitioner have thus got exhausted. In the circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The School may take any step as may be available in law for the unauthorised absence of the petitioner.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Personal presence of the Headmaster stands dispensed with. (RAJASEKHAR MANTHA, J) tk
