The Court : This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 7th August, 2001 and Codicil dated 18th February, 2003 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. No one has come forward to object to the grant after issuance and service of the general and special citation, on the contrary the person cited has signified consent to the grant. The Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (e) of the petition.
