The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration of the last Will and Testament dated 28th August, 2007 left behind by the above named deceased.

The deceased was issueless and her husband died after her death. The only legal heir of the deceased being the niece of the husband has consented to the grant. The Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
