The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the deceased abovenamed. Letters of Administration in respect of a portion of the estate left behind by the deceased had been granted in PLA 227 of 2021 on 14th January, 2022. Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of the deceased being the subject matter of PLA 227 of 2021 has also been issued to the Administrator. This is the second application for additional properties and assets of the estate left behind by the deceased which are not covered by the earlier grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- with one surety.

The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
