The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to trace out the legal heirs of the respondent no.4. Accordingly, she wishes to withdraw present Section 9 application bearing AP No.284 of 2022.

In light of the above submissions, AP No.284 of 2022 is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996 as and when the petitioner is able to obtain the details of the legal heirs of the respondent no.4.
