...for the petitioner The Court:- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is mistake in the petition with regard to the Master Facility Agreement which is required to be corrected. Counsel hence seeks to withdraw the application. Since the application was filed on 14th June, 2023 and the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the same after a considerable length of time, the prayer of withdrawal is granted upon payment of costs of Rs 10,000/- which is to be paid to Dakshineswar Adyaepeath Annada Vidyamandir within a fortnight from date. AP/378/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
