The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has taken steps in arbitration. Accordingly, she prays that the present Section 9 application bearing AP No.285 of 2022 may be disposed of. In light of the above submissions, AP No.285 of 2022 is disposed of. The interim orders passed on 7th June, 2022 shall continue for a period eight weeks or until further orders passed by the learned Arbitrator whichever is earlier. I make it clear that the order passed by this Court on 5th July, 2022 with regard to ad interim order in terms of prayer (d) of the Notice of Motion is vacated.
