The Court:- The matter was listed on 28th November, 2022 but none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation was sought for. For the interest of justice, the case was adjourned till 7th December, 2022 with the rider that if none appears on behalf of the petitioner on the next date fixed, appropriate order may be passed. When the matter is called for, none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for. This Court finds from the record that the instant application has been filed from 2017 but subsequently no steps have been taken by the petitioner. This Curt finds that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter and hence this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss PLA No. 295/2017.
