This matter has come up at the instance of the learned advocate appearing for the private respondent No.8 seeking for correction in the order dated 13th May, 2026 contending, inter alia, that though the learned advocate representing the private respondent No.8 was present in Court on 13th May, 2026 when the above order was passed as would reflect from paragraph 3 of the same, her appearance was not recorded in the order in the first page where the appearance of the advocates are recorded.

2. Having regard thereto, and noting from the order dated 13th May, 2026 that the private respondent No.8 was represented by the learned advocate, let the name of Ms. Manish Nath, learned advocate representing

the private respondent No.8, be incorporated in the order dated 13th May, 2026 under the heading "Appearance".

3. Let this order be made part of the order dated 13th May, 2026.
