The Court: Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The mandate of the arbitral tribunal expired on September 2, 2024. Although hearing has been concluded, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an extension for a period of five months keeping in view the fact that one of the members of the arbitral tribunal resides in Delhi. Taking into consideration such circumstances, AP-COM 804 of 2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the arbitral tribunal for a period of five months from date. It will be deemed that the extension operates from the date on which the mandate would have otherwise terminated.
