The Court : In view of subsequent event by which Mr. Goutam Roy was allowed inspection of original record of the probate proceeding it has now become irrelevant as Mr. Roy had already filed an affidavit in support of the caveat and simultaneously the appellant had filed an application for discharge of the caveat.

We, therefore, dispose of this appeal by keeping all the points open to be decided by the learned Single Judge in the pending proceeding. The appeal being APOT/179/2023 and the application being IA No.GA/1/2023 stand disposed of.
