For defendant The Court : The parties have filed a terms of settlement duly signed by their respective authorised signatories which is also counter signed by their respective advocates. The compromise on a reading of the terms of settlement appears to be a lawful agreement.

The suit is, accordingly, decreed in the terms of terms of settlement.

The terms of settlement dated 9th August, 2023 which is taken on record shall be treated as part of the decree.

The suit is, accordingly, disposed of without any order as to costs. The decree be drawn up expediently upon requisition for the same being submitted.

Since the suit is decreed, all connected applications including G.A. no. 1 of 2023 stand disposed of without any order as to costs. Interim order passed in the application/applications are accordingly discharged.
