The Court : This is an application for letters of administration with the Will left behind by the deceased on 25th November, 2019 annexed thereto. The application being PLA 261 of 2022 was initially filed as an application for grant of probate. However, the executor appointed under the Will died after filing of the application but prior to obtaining the grant. In such circumstances, this matter was converted into an application for letters of administration with Will annexed.

All the heirs have consented to the grant. The Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to furnishing personal bond of Rs.34,00,000/- with two sureties.

The petition for letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
