...for the petitioner The Court:- Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of a Memorandum of Understanding having entered into between the parties, the petitioner does not want to proceed further with the matter. Accordingly, AP COM 234 of 2024 [OLD NO.502 of 2021] and AP 47 of 2022 are dismissed as withdrawn in the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties, as evidenced in the Memorandum of Understanding which is kept on record and be made of the part of the record.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Liberty is granted to the petitioner, however, to apply afresh in the event there is any default in compliance with the Terms of the Settlement.
