...for respondents The Court :- We have heard the learned Advocates for the parties. An application has been filed to restore the appeal which was dismissed for default.

We find that the appeal was admitted on 13.2.2020 and the paper books have also been filed. However, on the day when the matter was called it appears that the learned Advocate could not be present and, therefore, the appeal was dismissed. Considering the fact that the appeal was already dismissed and it has to be seen as to whether there is any substantial questions of law arise for consideration, we exercise discretion and allow the application and restore the appeal to the file of this Court to be heard and disposed of on merits.
