...for the respondent The Court: This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator. The learned Advocate for the respondent does not oppose to the prayer for extension of the mandate, which expired on August 28, 2025. However the respondent contends that an issue with regard to seat and venue, is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

The arbitration proceeding has reached the stage of final arguments. Thus, for the ends of justice and in view of the progress made, the mandate is extended by a period of six months. However, such extension shall be subject to the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the pending matter. The application is accordingly disposed of.
