The Court: Learned advocate appearing in support of the execution petition submits that the parties settled the claim out of Court. He submits that the asset be released in favour of the respondents. The Court is informed that the learned Receiver appointed by the Court is in actual physical possession of the asset.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the award holder, learned Receiver will make over possession of the asset to the Respondents. Upon the learned Receiver doing so, the learned Receiver will stand discharged. Interim orders will stand vacated.

EC 502 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly.
