The Court: Counsel for the respective parties are present. The petitioner has filed the present application being GA/1/2023 praying for amendment in the affidavit-of-assets in connection with PLA/167/2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 3rd March, 2017, this Court has granted Letters of Administration of the property and credit of the deceased. Subsequent to grant of the Letters of Administration, the petitioner came to know certain amendment is required in the affidavitof-assets. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed the present application. Considered the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. Perused the proposed amendment as annexed with the instant application.

This Court finds that the amendment as sought for by the petitioner will not change the nature and character and none of the parties will be

prejudiced. Accordingly, prayers (a), (b) and (c) of the Master's Summons are allowed.

GA/1/2023 is disposed of.
