The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 24th December, 2018 left behind by the above named deceased.

The brother of the testator is the executor. The mother of the testator predeceased him and wife of the testator died subsequently after the death of the testator. The other legal heirs being the sons of the deceased have consented to the grant in favour of the executor. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed as the Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
