The Court: Mr. Sinha, learned advocate appears on behalf of award-holder in this execution case. He submits, his client got possession of the assets on interim measure directed by Court. There has since been settlement out of Court and he has instruction to not press this application. As aforesaid, this application is for execution. Court came to aid of applicant and it appears, execution has been had. The receiver will hand over the assets to the person identified by applicant and thereupon stand discharged. The handing over may be effected through agent of receiver, nominated by applicant. On delivery of the assets, receiver will be paid final remuneration of 600 GMs.

Since applicant does not want to press, the execution case is disposed of.
