Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that she has received a communication from the plaintiffs dated 12th April, 2024 wherein the plaintiffs have informed the counsel for the plaintiffs that the plaintiffs do not want to continue with the proceeding and prays for unconditionally withdrawal of the suit.

As per the communication dated 12th April, 2024, counsel for the plaintiffs prays for withdrawal of the suit.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the plaintiffs and in terms of the communication dated 12th April, 2024, CS/124/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently GA/1/2022 is also dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
