The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner, upon instructions, that he does not want to proceed with this application. In view of the aforesaid, EC/512/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to take back original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.

Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to file an appropriate execution application, in accordance with law, if so advised. All interim orders stand vacated.
