Mr. Kamal Kumar Chattopadhyay, Advocate for alleged contemnors. The Court : The alleged contemnors have sworn an affidavit this day to the effect that on 5th May, 2022 when the order under contempt was passed by this Court, the work order was issued by the authorities due to a communication gap between the learned counsel and the authorities. The authorities were not informed about the order when the work order was issued and there is no wilful or deliberate violation of the order of this Court by the authorities. It is also stated that pursuant to the order dated 5 th May, 2022 verbal instructions were given not to give effect to the work order issued on the same date.

In view of the above, the contempt application being CC 29 of 2022 is disposed of.
