1. The order passed by the Court on 9th July, 2024 in WPO 591 OF 2024 in the matter of BHUDEB MUKHERJEE & ORS. VS. THE BOARD OF CON TROL FOR CRICKET IN INDIA & ORS has been brought to the notice of the Court.

2. It appears that the Ombudsman is already in seisin of the matter. Regular hearing is conducted and the next date of hearing is scheduled on 1st November, 2025.

3. It will be open for the petitioners to raise all issues before the Ombudsman.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the issue of maintainability of the writ petition.
