The facts and issues of the instant case are absolutely similar to the facts and issues of WPO 848 of 2024 (Kusum Industrial Gases Limited & Ors. vs. Officer of the Registrar of Companies & Anr.). 2.

The instant writ petition was heard along with WPO 848 of 2024 wherein judgment has been delivered on 24th February, 2025. The said writ petition has been dismissed.

In line with the judgment delivered in the matter of WPO 848 of 2024 on 24th February, 2025, the instant writ petition also stands dismissed. 4.

No costs.
