The Court: Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record. Heard learned counsel for the parties. The arbitral proceeding in question has virtually been concluded and the award is about to be passed. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as reflected from the last minutes of the arbitral proceeding, the parties are in mediation, for which an extension of six months of the mandate is prayed for. Taking into account the fact that the parties are in mediation at present, although the arbitral proceeding is substantially concluded, AP-COM 812 of2024 is allowed, thereby extending the

mandate of the learned arbitrator for a period of six months from the date on which the mandate expires that is on and from September 30, 2024. (SABYASACHI BHATTACHARYYA, J.) SP/
