The Court: During the course of hearing learned advocate representing the West Bengal Transport Corporation Limited (for short Corporation) submits that in spite of best endeavour documents could not be supplied to the petitioner as petitioner could not be contacted. 2.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the Joint Managing Director of the Corporation, being respondent no. 5 on 4th February, 2026 at 2 P.M. for receiving documents. Respondent no. 5 is directed to supply duly certified documents to the petitioner on 4th February, 2026.

With the aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
