The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 30th April, 2021 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

One of the legal heirs in intestacy is the executor and the applicant, the other legal heirs/heiresses in intestacy has given consent by filing their respective affidavits.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
