The Court: Report of compliance furnished by the Special Officer Mr. Rahul Sengupta is taken on record.

Mr. Dhilon Sengupta, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that the inventory of the articles have been completed and the articles have been handed over to the Administrator. He also informs the court that the dues and charges of the Bank have also been paid. He seeks for extension of time period to file inventory and accounts. He seeks that all the interlocutory applications be disposed of.

Ms. Debjani Sengupta, learned Advocate representing the Special Officer submits that all the compliances pursuant to direction of this court passed on 19th November, 2024 have been complied with. All the articles have been handed over on 26th November, 2024. She also indicates that after appointment of the Special Officer in the year 2013, no such remuneration has been paid. She seeks for appropriate orders.

Considering submissions advanced on behalf of the applicant as well as the learned Special Officer and on perusal of report of Special Officer, it is found that the articles have been handed over to the applicant/Administrator. The outstanding dues of the Bank has also been paid. Accordingly, the Joint Special Officers are accordingly discharged. The applicant is directed to pay a further remuneration of 2000 GMs to the Special Officer which shall be paid by the applicant/Administrator. The time period for filing the inventory and accounts by the Administrator is extended for a period of six months and one year respectively.

The applications being GA/8/2024, GA/9/2024 and GA/10/2024 stand disposed of.
