1. Learned advocate representing the Insurance Company submits that the private car comprehensive insurance policy has been allowed in favour of the petitioner. Copy of the said policy has been produced in Court and the same is retained with the records. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed.

3. The petitioner alleges that due to delay in supplying the policy the petitioner had to suffer for a year and seeks compensation for the same.

4. The assessment of compensation cannot be done in the instant case by the writ Court.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for redressal of its grievance in accordance with law, if so advised.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all legal formalities.
