The Court: Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. The petitioner claims to be the husband of the niece of Zohra Bano who happens to be the owner of a property, which the petitioner apprehends may be registered by an unauthorized person. There is no pleading which indicates that any such step has been taken. There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner has any right, title and interest in the alleged property. The writ petition, based on such apprehension, without any bona fide pleading cannot be entertained.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
