The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has been referred to arbitration. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the no payment has been forthcoming from the respondents since September 2022. The counsel prays that the present Section 9 application bearing AP No.297 of 2022 may be disposed of. In light of the above submissions, AP No.297 of 2022 is disposed of. The interim orders passed on 26th September, 2022 shall continue for a period of four weeks or until further orders passed by the learned Arbitrator whichever is earlier.
