The Court: Despite service of notice, none appears on behalf of the respondents, apart from the respondent no.4.

The interim order already passed, shall continue for a period of three months. The learned Arbitrator has expired. Application has been filed for appointment of another learned Arbitrator. The interim order was passed in 2016, with reasons. Since then the same is continuing.

Let AP-COM 1077 of 2024 be detagged from AP-COM 814 of 2024 and appear in the list on 15th May, 2025. Service of AP-COM 1077 of 2024 be effected upon the respondents once again and affidavit of service to be filed on the next date.

After expiry of three months, the petitioner can pray for further interim order before the learned Arbitrator who will be appointed by the Court in the application for reference.

AP-COM 814 of 2024 is disposed of.
