This writ petition is not maintainable before this Court as any order passed by the Thika Controller is amenable to the jurisdiction of Land Reforms & Tenancy Tribunal. Further, the prayer that the Thika Controller should be restrained from admitting any time barred claims of land grabbing mafia, is beyond the scope of jurisdiction of this Court. Thus, WPO/851/2024 is dismissed.
