...for the respondent The Court :- The applicant seeks extension of time to comply with the direction contained in the order dated September 27, 2018 passed in G.A. No. 2761 of 2018 in PLA No. 77 of 1994.

The respondent does not object to the extension of time as prayed for. By the order dated September 27, 2018, finding that the deed of assignee was not in consonance with the bequeath, the Joint Administrators were granted liberty to rectify the defects. The Court is informed that the applicant will bear all costs, charges, expenses for doing the needful.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to extend the time to comply with the order dated September 27, 2018, The Joint Administrators will complete the entire process within a period of eight weeks from date.
