The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 10th May, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. An affidavit has been filed by the learned advocate representing the propounder annexing therewith a certificate by which the translation of the Will with the signature of the testatrix in Gujrati vernacular made by the said Advocate is certified.

The husband of the testatrix pre-deceased her. One of the daughters is the executrix and the other heirs/heiresses in intestacy have consented to the grant. The Will is proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.

The petition for grant of probate stands disposed of, accordingly. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) snn
