The Court:- The present matter is listed today pursuant to an office note dated 26th February, 2026. As recorded in said office note, this Court, by an order dated 10.11.2025, disposed of the petition by directing the petitioner to deposit the entire awarded amount along with accrued interest before the Registrar, Original Side, within a period of four weeks from date of the said order.

The petitioner challenged the said order before the Hon'ble Division Bench by filing APOT/320/2025. The Hon'ble Division Bench, by judgment dated 09.02.2026, dismissed the said appeal as not maintainable. In view of the dismissal of the appeal, the petitioner deposited the sum of Rs.2,03,66,231/- with the Registry on 24.02.2026 by way of demand draft bearing No.195670 dated 17.02.2026 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Rashbehari Avenue branch, Kolkata, along with a letter dated 23.02.2026. The Registry has placed the

matter before this Court to draw attention to the delay in depositing the aforesaid amount. The delay in depositing the said amount is condoned. The Registrar, Original side is directed to place the said amount in an interest bearing fixed deposit with an auto renewal facility until further orders of this Court. No further order is required.
