Considering the submissions and the pleadings, this Court is of the view that this is a fit case for extension of time to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award. Accordingly, the time is extended for a period of

one year from the date of communication of this order upon the learned Arbitrator.

AP/165/2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
