...for the respondent The Court: This is an application for extension of time to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award. The petitioner submits that the witness action has commenced. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on June 20, 2024.

Considering the submissions and the pleadings, this Court is of the view that this is a fit case for extension of time to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award. Accordingly, the time is extended for a period of

one year from the date of communication of this order upon the learned Arbitrator.

AP/166/2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
