An order of Special Officer (Building) of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation was under challenge in the writ petition filed before the

learned single Judge. Learned Judge noted that the order is an appellable order. Learned Judge disposed of the writ petition by granting the writ petitioners liberty to prefer appeal before the Municipal Building Tribunal in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of the order.

The appellant was one of the private respondents in the writ petition. We do not see how the appellants can be aggrieved with the order. The appellants will be at liberty to urge all points before the Municipal Building Tribunal as we are told that the writ petitioners have already preferred an appeal before the Tribunal. The appeal and the connected application are accordingly disposed of.
